The same stack.
I noticed it accidentally. I made typo at first and then fixed it.
And saw that error, because alias alredy created.

I don't see any methods to check this or get record set for some hosted zone ...

ah - that sounds like a bug, then (failing to transition from one state to another).   might be worth an issue on `pulumi/aws` with the two steps to repro it (before, change, error)
