The default 10 minute timeout can lead to problems especially when there is a LoadBalancer attached with the time it takes to drain connections.

I'm not positive whether there is any way to change this default timeout.

I believe you can reduce the `deregistrationDelay` and other settings related to how long to wait when replacing tasks in a `Service`.
