No matter how you like to participate in developer communities, Pulumi wants to meet you there. If you want to meet other Pulumi users to share use-cases and best practices, contribute code or documentation, see us at an event, or just tell a story about something cool you did with Pulumi, you are part of our community.

Pulumi Community

Since this is not published in the `Pulumi` org, it is likely the plug-in part of this is not published. We just very recently made it technically possible for packages outside the Pulumi org. The author of this package would need to wire that up. See <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-tf-provider-boilerplate/issues/13>. 

In the meantime, you would likely need to build the provider yourself and put the plugin on your PATH.
