Has anybody here gone from Troposphere to Pulumi? Looking for experiences and reasons why you moved to Pulumi.
I have a customer that is currently using Troposphere (which I don't know at all) and I'm thinking of using Pulumi for them. Looking for reasons why that would be a good idea.

<@UB39JFCKC> interesting, yeah. I think it's a very loaded question, as one is also comparing Cloudformation vs cloud API based deployments. The customer is super bought in to the concept of "infrastructure as code" (which is why they're already using Troposphere) but now I'm like, hmm, why would they switch over to Pulumi now?

I don't know anything about Troposphere, but my friend works in a project with a very similar situation to what you describe
