So I've got an odd situation--we've got an S3 Terraform state whose access via `tf.state.RemoteStateReference` is getting a 403 from S3, but making requests manually (same credentials) works fine. This code _also_ was working until it was extracted into a separate NPM module. Can anyone point me in the right direction for debugging this?
