Was running no problem earlier. Then ran `pulumi preview`, froze the console, broke out and this started to happen. A reboot didn't fix it.

Don't share it here - but can you look at your `~/.pulumi/credentials.json`?  It sounds like it somehow got corrupted.

In fact, you can just delete it.

Although since you're on Windows, it will be under %HOME% somewhere.

It's `%USERPROFILE%\.pulumi\credentials.json`

File length was zero. Deleted, and it works. Thanks.
