can someone please publish a new version of the docker image, so that `pulumi/pulumi:latest` matches what's `latest` in npm?

there was <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/3092> with  <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/pull/3100>  but images still not published, something else is amiss
