Hey James, sorry for the trouble. Give me a few minutes to get your subscription into a good state. Once I’ve done that you should be able to upgrade things.
OK @colossal-thailand-53880, I poked at your Pulumi subscription. You should be back on a short free trial, and you should be able to upgrade to Team Pro now without any problems. If you have any questions or hit any other snags, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
