Hi pulumi team, would be good to get a new release of awsx that has updated dep of `pulumi-aws&gt;=1.0.0-beta.2` so we can pass through secrets to our fargate containers.

I believe that <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-awsx/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#0189-2019-08-06> included this update a couple weeks ago.  You may need to explicitly `npm upgrade` dependencies to force it to pick up latest versions?

I tried to go to 0.18.10 a few days ago and it was not released on npm though listed in the changelog. Let me try again.
