doesn't work as in clicking "Select an organization" shows nothing

Do you see any errors in the JS console? Does it repro after a refresh? (I’m not seeing it, myself.)

checked errors and failed XHR, there is a 404 on my personal stacks fetch <https://api.pulumi.com/api/stacks/redbaron/infra/infra-dev/updates/latest> which probably upsets some JS code

it seems there was a new release of <http://app.pulumi.com|app.pulumi.com> and it fixed my issued from a organization selector dropdown
