Is pulumi slow today? stackreferences take 10+ seconds to resolve

That is definitely not expected - and we are not aware of any general slowness with the service. 

If you are still seeing issues could you run with `—logtostderr -v=9` and share logs with me in DM or email?

Also - what is the full stack name and time when the slow update occurred?
