Is there any way to apply pulumi script directly from TS/Node.js instead of using the CLI ?

not at the moment. you can't use Pulumi as a library yet

it would be **really** nice. it would allow writing migration scripts where one can do multiple pulumi runs

Yeah it would be a game changer in my opinion.
