I've just updated to Pulumi 1.3.1 and Pulumi Kubernetes 1.2.2 and now get the above
I'm running it in Ubuntu 18.04 via VS Code remote container

I guess I'll have to add some requirements to my docker image so wondering what changed...

Never mind. I deleted my `node_modules` directory, re-ran `yarn install` and all good now.

PS. preview and update perf with Pulumi Kubernetes 1.2.2 is really good now! :woohoo:
