aws:cloudfront/distribution:Distribution
Is always pending.
I can’t tear down my resources without exporting and manually removing the pending.

Cloudfront takes a legendary amount of time to set up and tear down, like 30+ mins in my experience. This is an AWS issue. I've been able to do it through Pulumi, but if it fails its probably best to clean it up manually (will still take forever) then `pulumi stack refresh`

Switching price classes worked, not sure if fluke. Thanks the refresh tip, that helped.
