apprently i don't remember where i saw that, but tried to find in pulumi doc.. i don't see anything such

`pulumi refresh` is designed for this use case.  It previews the refresh first, which shows you differences between the current state and whats in the cloud. And then if you proceed, the current state will be reconciled.
