For webhooks, do they only contain a url to the update or is there any details on the update itself?

The number of resources updated, deleted, etc. is included. An example is at https://www.pulumi.com/docs/intro/console/extensions/webhooks/#stack-update.

Ok, so that is the real example. Unfortunately it is not useful for my needs.
