Are stack names supposed to be scoped to the project? IE app1 and app2 can each have a dev stack

yea stack names are linked to a project.
Project1
• dev stack
Project2
• dev stack

hmm. is that true even when using local login? Because I tried to create a new project and reuse 'dev' and it said it already exists

I am not sure on that one. I am currently using the pulumi console to store my states so haven't tested that.

No, it is not the same there unfortunately.

I forget the issue # for it unfortunately but local is treated differently
