`tf2pulumi` doesn't really support TF12 yet though

We actually just landed initial support for TF12 this week - and have now rolled out `tf2pulumi` `v0.8.0` which includes this new support.  There is still more follow-up work to flesh out more complete support - but we are now ready to get any feedback on how this works for TF0.12 codebases in the wild.
