I see this in their latest release:
&gt; For any cluster created on K8s 1.18 or above, AKS will default the kube-dashboard add-on to disabled moving forward.

Anyway, using addon_profile to disable this doesn't work too. The point is to do it with pulumi. Otherwise i have to downgrade to k8s v1.17.x....sigh
