@aloof-laptop-31826 can you try this with pulumi 2.3.0? Also, if you could run your pipeline with verbose logging, it would be helpful. You'll need to run with like so

TF_LOG=TRACE pulumi up --logtostderr -v=9 2> out.txt

- please scrub and then DM me the logs as they may contain sensitive information
