I did a new repo and copy pasted the infra and the server code, and it runs successfully. I will try to delete the old stacks in my original project and see if that resolves it.

Seems to be the same issue, but I will know in about 30.

Solved... by creating a new github repository, adding it as a new remote, and pushing the existing code.

Github had some issues a couple of days ago, and something seems to have affected github actions somehow.
