Pulumi doesn’t currently support something like that, but it is an interesting idea! For reference, when doing this sort of thing I usually just put a variable named

resourceOptions

at the top of each file. And just use a consistent naming convention/pattern for all the source files. But that doesn’t make sense in every situation.
