should I have the Pulumi.yaml at the level above these directories so they are in the same project?

07/29/2020, 4:28 PMI'm not sure if this is going to help, but I had a situation a while ago where I was using "file://" and the problem was that things weren't where I thought they were. This is a bootstrap project where I want the state files to be in git, BTW. Turns out I needed to be more explicit where the files were:
