If it does exists, I could see having a library / CLI-tool that can create a IAM account with least amount of permissions required. Do we have that kind of metadata for the AWS provider?

<@UMP2PT80L> it’s possible to do it for AWS sort of, but not straightforward and there’s currently no library for it!
