the digitalocean tutorial on this leaves domain out as a field but that's no longer valid Pulumi code

Supply a `Name` field to explicitly set the name to create

turns out it's "@" which is only in the Azure dns docs

the whole point is if you put a name it becomes a subdomain

and this is for records that are under the apex domain
