I haven’t used GitLab merge, but this seems to be a GitLab merge issue.
I don’t know if the `--diff` or `--json` flags would help you here, but they may avoid this truncation. Although the output is quite a bit different.

Hmm :thinking_face: , I'm not sure how to set those flags in Gitlab's webhooks UI. But anyway, it sounds like this is a GitLab issue and not a Pulumi issue. Thanks a lot, <@U01BSQWRZFA>!
