it looks like the only stacks that are returned are those that have n/a on "LAST UPDATE" and "RESOURCE COUNT".

That is strange and unexpected. Are you running the same
pulumi
cli version in the container and outside?

I tried running the same and a newer one.
It could potentially be that it somehow are using my logged in user against azure and I somehow have more access, but to my knowledge the files in the storage container shouldn't have any special access rights.
that actually seems to be the case
not sure why though. I ran
az account clear
outside the container and then I get the same result as inside the container. Hm...
I just don't understand why we I see two of the stacks, I think the whole blob storage have the same access.
