it looks like the only stacks that are returned are those that have n/a on "LAST UPDATE" and "RESOURCE COUNT".

That is strange and unexpected.

Are you running the same `pulumi` cli version in the container and outside?

I tried running the same and a newer one.

It could potentially be that it somehow are using my logged in user against azure and I somehow have more access, but to my knowledge the files in the storage container shouldn't have any special access rights.

not sure why though.

I ran `az account clear` outside the container and then I get the same result as inside the container. Hm...

I just don't understand why we I see two of the stacks, I think the whole blob storage have the same access.
