Apologies for the late response here - You should be able to set `PULUMI_HOME` as the env var to control where it's saved

And I can’t set that path to some DB/S3 etc right? It should be a local path.?

Correct - you would need to log into a pulumi backend to store those files in S3 / Azure / GCS

but that's for the state of your projects, not for things like credentials mgmt
