The answer is whatever you want. Some people use it purely for infrastructure, some people use it to deploy containers, some people use it to deploy serverless applications, including the code. Whether that's a static website in S3 or a multi-cloud-provider microservice based architecture Pulumi can offer you the tools to be able to manage it
