Something is dodge. A preview just hangs forever and I can't load the preview URL

<@U01N8AU0N8Z> any chance you could open an issue on GitHub with as many details as possible about your setup?  We’re you seeing this from multiple devices?  We’re you seeing this consistently or intermittently?  Are you able to visit <http://app.pulumi.com|app.pulumi.com>?  Where are you geographically?  Do you have any VPN or other tight network controls in your local environment?

Hi Luke. Thanks for the response. It was only like this for about an hour or two. After that everything was back to normal again. If this happens again I'll log am issue with all these details. Thank you.
