Maybe a value for the _token_ parameter of the `pulumi.runtime.Mocks` _call_ function?

I'd like to remove the use of StackReference from my ComponentResource in the future, but I don't have time right now. My layer-separation skills let me down in this case..

I need a call to `StackReference.getOutputValue()` to return an expected value.
