Hi folks, I work on the eng team here at Pulumi. We’ve done some investigation and it looks like this happened because of rate-limiting being imposed by your identity provider, which was preventing our service from being able to validate requests.
It appears this has resolved, but if that isn’t the case, please let me know. It also appears this was limited to your user account and organization. We’ll be working to make our messaging clearer when this situation occurs — but in the meantime, to keep it from happening again, you might think about (to the extent it’s possible for you of course) distributing some of the workload to another user account, just to avoid getting too close to your provider’s rate limit again.
