I've cancelled the activity and rerun it a couple of times...
I've verified the credentials and nothing is looking odd there.

If you did a simple AWS cli command, does that work ok? (Just testing the connection and credentials are working).

Yeah, for example I tested describing instances and that works perfectly.

Is it sticking on finding the user information or the VPC configuration?

Do you have the correct region in your stack yaml file?

I haven't changed anything in the stack yaml files since a successful run.
So i'm sure it's still correct.
