I am running a project with apigatewayV2 and region us-east-2 and it works fine for me.

But when I try to do it with the us-east-1 region it gives me an error

Sorry guys for not answering. The problem was because I was creating a stack with the same name but with another region.

I was trying to create stack dev with us-east-1

and I already had a dev stack created with us-east-2

my solution is was to create a stack with another name
