Does anyone have any links for setting up app service scaling? I can only find vm scale sets on the Pulumi site

I guess you are talking about appservice on azure,,, should be on the sku of the AppServicePlan: <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/reference/pkg/azure-native/web/appserviceplan/>

<@U01EPRHN6HF> - Actually the more I look into this, it may not be what I am looking for.  Apologies for not being more cleat but I am looking for scaling in /out (vertical) based on metrics.
