<@UCWG26BH7> We want the outputs to be available on demand via `pulumi stack outputs`, but we don't need them to be shown all the time, that's it.

Is there a way to change the default and have this option a part of Pulumi.yaml or an environment variable by any chance?

we can't change the default, but we could add an option in `Pulumi.yaml` maybe, please file an issue
