it looks like it was released ~11 hours ago

and I got update from brew
```pulumi version                                                                                                                                                                                                    v3.7.0```

I suspect that somethings not been finished on the release because I'm on the previous version and I'm not getting the usual "there's a new version of Pulumi" message. I'll find out
