I'm guessing no because Pulumi plans lack a mature standard, but Is there anything like <https://github.com/terraform-docs/terraform-docs> for Pulumi?

Everything you're writing is using a programming language, and I'm pretty sure all of those languages has at least one documenting library. JSDoc for example, why not use that?
