Is there a way to have read-only access so that users can see stack status in the pulumi console?

Stack permissions are an enterprise tier feature:

I've got enterprise. So this is only available on a stack by stack basis?

I'd prefer to grant wider access for read-only and not have to modify &lt;all_the_things&gt;

Following up. How can I setup read-only access for a large group of users across organization? I have enterprise. I do not want to do this on a stack by stack basis.
