This depends on what language you are using Either look at dynamic providers TS+Python only or multilanguage provider https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-provider-boilerplate

Or use an external script, schedule or pipeline? Perhaps you can build the docker file because the go program was built, instead of choosing to deploy and build then?
