Hello, I’m looking at the Pulumi Github Action and I’m wondering how can I pass required configs to the stack when it’s created by the action with upsert?

Yeah, use environment secrets. Thats what Im doing.

Yeah I can do this after we're done building out things at my company. We're implementing GitHub actions here so happy to share what I know for GitHub Enterprise

that'd be good - we are obviously missing an example that we can definitely allow others to take advantage of
