I am evaluating the various plans, we have corporate AD(which we will have to use) but we are a small team. So I am undecided between the two plans. Anyway, what happens after the trial in the "team" plan?

It depends what you need. If you want to use SSO to sign in to the console, audit logs, SLA levels on support, then you'll want the enterprise package.
