Is there an environment variable to control this?

Actually I only want to use `pulumi stack output foobar` to see foobar. There is really no need to clutter the screen, especially with values such as kubeconfig.  Should there be an environment variable for the suppress behavior, then I can directly set the env in the shell.

It is a good feature to implement that every cli flag has an environment variable correspondent.
