Hey, what happens when I ask to publish my provider in the registry? I only got a message on the screen, not even a confirmation email or anything

Thanks for providing that — looks very reasonable to include. As a first step, what would probably make the most sense is for you to open up a PR modeled against https://github.com/pulumi/registry/pull/170/files (the index page will basically be what you already have as a README). Much of the team (including myself) are out through the end of the year, but we can definitely review that in the new year.
