so i just did <https://github.com/xonsh/prlint> today. it's not as compact as the js version, but it's not bad

Thinking about different models of handling lambda, I like the inline mode for just one-off event handling functions, but i think there's also a place for discrete packages

the inline mode is Really Really magical, though
