I'm writing a library (it's like, half feature complete, because MVPs yo) that does the build inside pulumi and at least interfaces with AWS

to be clear, i wouldn't mind it working with things besides AWS, but that's not something I'm doing so it's not something I've written.

Also, I have no idea how serverless works on other clouds.
