heya folks, i'm trying out pulumi 1.0 and it appears it still doesnt report proper errors on windows? python 3.6.8

Can you elaborate on this? What are you seeing or _not_ seeing?

I've reported this 6 months ago or so. whenever there is an exception it would only report this:
