Hi Alexey! Long time! Unfortunately, there are no current plans for supporting self-hosted GitLab from the managed Pulumi Service, i.e. from <http://app.pulumi.com/api.pulumi.com|app.pulumi.com/api.pulumi.com>. However, if you self-host Pulumi Service as well, you do have the option to then configure it to point to your own <https://www.pulumi.com/docs/guides/self-hosted/api/#other-environment-variables|self-hosted GitLab instance>.
