So I’ve been struggling with figuring out what was wrong with my function.
After much troubleshooting, I figured out that google cloud doesn’t allow to set `NODE_ENV` as an environment variable.
However, it took me forever to figure out because pulumi gave me the unhelpful error `Error while updating cloudfunction configuration: googleapi: Error 400: The request has errors, badRequest`
