It looks like the docs for ALB need to be updated. The Go docs just show "Coming soon!" (<https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/aws/api-docs/alb/loadbalancer/>), but it seems that ALB support was added a few months ago. <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/tree/master/sdk/go/aws/alb>
